naturally reared / Slow Grown / dry aged

Nempentt Turkeys live a long and natural life, never pushed and given the time to grow and mature naturally. They roam our diverse, native pastures foraging for bugs and insects; supplementing their cereal-based diet with whatever they can forage. Once they have reached maturity at 6 months of age, they are all individually hand-processed here on the farm, and aged in our chillers for at least 12 days, where natural enzymes tenderise and relax the meat making for the juiciest and most delicious-tasting turkey we have become so well known for.
