Our Nempnett turkeys are raised like no other.. entirely out on pasture, with portable perches we call gobbledego's (as they gobble and go!) which are moved to fresh ground weekly, ensuring they have access to fresh air, fresh pasture and lots of exercise, some call them beyond free-range, others call them delicious, we call them Nempnett!
A life out on pasture combined with a natural, locally sourced diet makes for a bird bursting with flavour, yes we know it's only a turkey, but these turkeys really do have great flavour, check out our reviews if you don't believe us!
Each bird is dry-plucked by hand, for a superior finish, resulting in perfectly crispy skin and succulent meat.
