This traditionally cut, rump steak needs no introduction, a pub favourite and full of flavour. This steak comes from the backside of the cow, (hence the name) and is an area which works hard. Because of this, a rump won't be quite as tender as a sirloin but the flavour will more than makeup for it, and for nearly half the price it offers a great value steak.
